For Dancers

Being a dancer takes years of hard work and dedication! Dancers will often start training from a very early age and whether they do exams, competitions, shows or all of these things then have no doubt that there’s a lot of blood sweat and tears that go into making that sequin covered performance look effortless.

I’ve been there! I started dancing when I was just 3 years old and through my life have worked as a teacher of dance, a dancer, a choreographer and most recently as someone who hires professional dancers. I’ve worked with dancers at every stage of their dancing career from their first dance steps to seasoned pros staring down the barrel of retirement. I’ve been to the auditions as a dancer and held auditions as a casting choreographer and now after years of experience I would like to do all I can to help inspire, motivate and support dancers wherever they are at on their journey.

I want to really open the door for you to see what life is like for professional dancers and hopefully do my best to answer any questions you may have so you feel like you have someone to turn to during your time as a professional dancer.

Especially now! Times are tough and as freelance performers we are struggling but we are all in this together and if you need a sympathetic shoulder or if you want to chat practically to people who are in the same boat then please get in touch.
